Client Portal

The Client Portal gives access shared documents such as superbills, invoices, and any signed paperwork. You also can schedule, reschedule, and cancel visits online. No need to email back and forth (unless you want to!). Please note the 48 hour cancellation or missed visit policy: you will be charged full fee for your visit if it is missed or canceled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

How To Schedule Appointments

On The Client Portal

Steps to book online:

  1. Log in to the portal using this link

    (if you need a new link for forgot your password, email kate@swellmentalhealth.com)

  2. Navigate and click on the “+ Request Appointment” button.

  3. Pick the location you want to meet - Telehealth or In-Person.

  4. Click “View Available Times.”

  5. Find a time the works for you and click the time you want.

  6. Verify your location of service, date, and time are what you want.

  7. Submit this appointment request.

  8. You will receive a confirmation if you appointment has been accepted or an email from your provider with other available times if not.
